Something's missing, and you can't quite put your finger on what it is.
You're ambitious, you've worked hard, you've done everything right. And yet there's a quiet restlessness that success hasn't touched. I know that feeling personally. After ten years of infertility and a career that never felt like mine, I had to learn how to stop chasing happiness from the outside in, and find it from the inside out.
I'm Russell Davis, therapist and coach, and each week I share honest conversations, personal stories, and guided experiences to help you cut through overthinking and self-doubt and reconnect with the clarity, confidence, and well-being that's been inside you all along.
This isn't about coping techniques or self-help hacks. It's about getting to the root of what's keeping you stuck, and discovering that the life you want is closer than it feels.
New episodes every Tuesday.

One from the archive (Sept 23) this week. We spend more time thinking than is useful. A lot of my clients agree they are ‘over-thinkers’ and can benefit from a calmer mind. When we have a calmer mind we get clarity, perspective and our innate wisdom can kick in. This brings more ease and flow as we navigate life. In this episode we explore how you can do that by recognising the two types of thought and spending more time in the more useful one!
