Infertility and fearful negative thinking often go hand in hand. How can you stop it impacting your fertility and chances of getting pregnant?
When I talk about 100% of our experience coming from Thought, when people start to see that, that it's an inside-out experience and not out-side in, a common question is 'how do I stop my negative/fearful/anxious thinking.
So how do you stop creating the experiences you don't want? How do you stop over-thinking or worrying on your fertility journey?
The thing is, you can't. It's not about controlling Thought because at the end of the day you can't control Thought. We are not thinking beings, we are beings that have Thought.
It's about understanding the true nature of Thought and when we see that, when we have a change of heart about Thought (and thus feelings) we have a different experience of them. We can allow the self correcting nature of Thought to kick in. That is, they pass on their own, they settle on their own. Fresh thought is always coming in when we allow it.
When we stop trying to change our Thought, or resent it, or wish we weren't having it, it moves on and settles all on it's own. Our mind is designed to settle in the same way our breath calms down when after we exert ourselves.
This leads to a place of peace without giving up on your fertility journey. It's also the place where the magic is more likely to happen!
